3/29/2000 Patterson's Frank Shamrock school essay!
In history we had to right a report on a key figure in American history that is a female or a minority so I picked Frank Shamrock of course. I know its not all correct but I thought some of you may find interest in reading it.

"Frank Shamrock, born Francisco Juarez, breaks spirits and he breaks bones. Frank Shamrock is a great human being. He has lived an intersting life, is an accomplished submission fighter and has a bright future.

Francisco Juarez, born 1977, had a troubled childhood and was adopted by Bob Shamrock. Bob ran a ranch with his wife in Lodi, CA where they adopted many foster children. Frank formed a close relationship with Bob and has been in touch with him sense. Frank lived the beginning of his adult life as a beach bum and bodybuilder hoping to turn pro. Durring this time Ken (Kilpatrick) Shamrock, who was a few years older than Frank when they lived together, was fighting in an orginization in Japan called Pancrase. Frank and Ken decided it would be a good idea for Ken to teach Frank his style of fighting called submission fighting or shootfighting which he learned in Japan. Frank was a dilligent student training six hours a day and his new future was in the carrer of mixed martial arts competitions. Frank has been very successful with this. He was married in 1999 to Angelina Brown his strength and conditioning coach. Frank Shamrock is commonly thought of as the best pound for pound fighter in mixed martial arts. He has won the coveted King of Pancrase title in Japan, one in only seven people to do that. The only man to ever hold the middleweight title in the Ultimate Fighting Championship would also be Frank. He has beaten everyone from Dutch Muay Thai Kickboxing champions to Olympic Gold Medal Freestyle Wrestlers. After has victory last November over Tito Ortiz, the California NCAA divison 2 freestyle wrestling champion, Frank announced that he will be retiring from the Ultimate Fighting Championship and will not compete again in any venue unless there is enough money to suit him. Frank has been running a submission fighting gym in San Jose and will be moving shortly to L.A. to open up a new submission fighting/health and fitness gym. He has recently appeard on Chuck Norris' tv show "Walker Texas Ranger" and is pursuing an acting carrer. Frank and his wife also both do health/fitness modeling. Frank has been making many paid appearnces and also has a clothing line. He is just dang impressive. Frank Shamrock is a great role model and proof that through hard work you can accomplish your dreams. He also gives good interviews. Frank is just one heck of a guy. Oh and the UFC isn't fake."



3/16/2000 A Chat With Patterson!
(Webmaster's note: Patterson recently shared his thoughts with the webmaster on several different subjects. As always, his spelling and grammar required drastic corrections for the sake of the reader. Here's what he said in our uncensored chat.)

On his future dating prospects: I can't wait till I'll be an 18 year old senior goin for 13 year old freshman, that will just rule!

On Shonie Carter's UFC debut: Shonie Carter's throws are cool, but he certainly isn't cool. Bobbing your head at the camera isn't enough to scare a tough dude like me, nor is your "just have half of my pants on" style. Shonie is like "ooh I'm bobbing my head, and look at me I have one pants leg on and one off, am I putting my pants on or off? Am I going to get naked in your proximity? While you ponder that I'm gonna throw ya."

On UFC fighter and alleged neo-nazi Steve Judson: Damn who hasn't commited a hate crime at some time or another? It's not like he killed children and drank their blood or anything.

Patterson shares some school experiences: In history class the teacher mentioned a cult and their goal and I was like WHERE DO I SIGN UP really loud and then one day it was mentioned that the communist flag has hammers on it and I said HAMMERS, COOL, WHERE DO I SIGN UP really loud. I created this new dance called mambo #7 to do on the desk where you basically bang your hands on the desk over and over and the lryics to mambo #7 are the same as the disco song "Funkytown."

No one knows what Patterson was talking about here: It's ok to just lie down in the middle of the floor when everyone else is standing around and hanging it, also walking is a very bad experience and when you fall down it's really funny, as a matter of fact everything is funny including the lack of muscle tension in your face. And suddenly you don't see one reason why you shouldn't piss in the guy's flowerbed, I mean only a couple people are around and who cares if you piss in his flowerbed? The dog barking the hose water was as good as it gets, and that guy just standing on the sidewalk with his dog when main character guy went for a walk in the beginning of the movie was swell. Well, you know um, hmm, Snakeyes from GI Joe, was he a real ninja?



2/12/2000 Patterson turns 17!
I recently turned 17. The California driving laws changed in the last couple years, for the worse I might add. If your a minor, even 17, you have to drive for 6 months with parents, 6 months without other miners, then you have a regular license. Damn the man!



CHOKEYOU2 Sends his thugs after Patterson!
I have a couple conversations with choke that I saved and show him for the lying sob he is. I was planning on posting them and then Patterson Patrol threatens me about what will happen if I post them. Apparently he is bed buddies with choke. Good job letting the secret out of the bag you old chap Keiths you. I just wanted to let Choke know that threats of his buddy coming to my house and beating me up don't scare me and I will be posting it. I just wanted to give you a chance to beg and threaten. Oh and can you really send knuckles to the ribs while inside the guard while wearing grappling gloves.
